The MIDP2 installer will install the classifieds product automatically - will work on most new phones.
The MIDP1 installer will only tell you what version of the classifieds you will need. (or goto http://www.mofokom.biz from your phone)
Note:
To have network connectivity, on some devices, you must configure GRPS APN that has non-proxy internet access for the Application.
